Kişisel verileriniz, başta 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu, 5651 sayılı İnternet Ortamında Yapılan Yayınların Düzenlenmesi ve Bu Yayınlar Yoluyla İşlenen Suçlarla Mücadele Edilmesi Hakkında Kanun ve diğer mevzuatın gereklilikleri olmak üzere ilgili diğer kanun maddeleri doğrultusunda KVKK m. 5/2/a uyarınca ve KVKK m. 5/2 altında yer alan aşağıdaki diğer hukuki sebepler çerçevesinde işlenmektedir:

–           sözleşmenin taraflarına ait kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin gerekli olması,

–           hukuki yükümlülüklerimizin yerine getirebilmesi için zorunlu olması,

–           ilgili kişi tarafından alenileştirilmiş olması,

–           bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması,

–           ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusu olan Şirketimizin meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması.
