New Graduate Recruitment Program: Talented-O

New graduates;

It is a program where we bring young talents together in order to measure their technical performance, to see their potential, to reveal their talents, to support their personal development, to determine whether they will continue to work in the company and to increase our brand and technology awareness.

During the talented program process, the applications received through the career portal are evaluated and the Mental Skill Test, English Test and Competency Inventory are applied to the eligible skills. Interviews are conducted with successful talents. The talents that are positively evaluated after the interview; They are placed in departments for the determined training, development program and orientation process. It is ensured that the experience of newly graduated employees is seen by orienting them in common calibration in the relevant departments. In this process, a Career Coach is appointed to guide new graduates.

Young talents after the completion of the determined orientation period in order to discover their potential; They carry out projects on AI, IOT, AR, VR, Cyber ​​Security, Cloud, Robotics, Machine Learning, Blockchain and present them to their Managers.

At the end of the program, a new graduate employee evaluation questionnaire is applied to the department managers.

Employees who successfully complete the process after the evaluations are placed in departments by company Managers.

Internship in Aktek

We provide high school and university internship opportunities every year in summer and winter periods in order to reinforce students' learning, to gain experience and to enable them to see how their knowledge is applied.

In the winter term, we receive applications for vocational high school students between May and July within the scope of Skill Education, and we make sure that they are made in September-June.

For mandatory summer term internships, we receive applications between January and March, and ensure that they take place between July and August.

Students whose applications are received are grouped according to their internship / department preferences. Short interviews are made with the students who are deemed suitable for the internship before the internship, and the students whose internship status is finalized as a result of these interviews, start their internship on the determined starting dates. We include the students who start their internship in the orientation program in order to be useful in terms of introducing business life, becoming aware of their own competencies and choosing ways of specialization.

"Intern Participation Certificate" is given to students who complete their internship at the end of the internship.
