The purpose of the Career Planning and Backup process in Aktek is to identify potential employees early, to provide the necessary professional knowledge, skills, development opportunities and to prepare them for tasks that require more responsibility.
Potential employees for positions at all levels in our company; performance results are determined by management opinion and competency-based evaluation processes. Our employees, who are taken into the potential pool, are getting ready for the future with Leader Development Programs. Potential employees' career plans are monitored through regular Human Resources Planning meetings.
Successful employees with high-level leadership competencies are identified with the “Assessment Center Application”, participate in a special talent management program, and are closely monitored and prepared for their future senior management positions.

In our company, it is aimed to improve company performance and individual performances with our principle of continuous improvement. It is ensured that all training and development activities are in line with company strategies and targets. In the Personal Development Planning process; With different tools such as 360 Degree Evaluation and Evaluation Center, development areas and related development activities are defined with a versatile perspective to the employee. In addition, employees follow current developments by taking part in different processes within the company.

Performance Management in Aktek
Our Performance Management process consists of goal setting and dissemination, goal tracking, interim and year-end evaluations, and feedback processes. It is aimed to reach mutual agreement between the manager and the employee in all performance processes. In order to ensure the harmony between company goals and personal goals, top-down goals are disseminated with bottom-up contribution.
Our target configurations are made in accordance with the ACI (Aktek Capacity Index) Model. According to the ACI model; The performances of both the institution and all employees for the relevant period are followed. Goal and competency evaluations are made in the system, while the results of goal evaluations provide data to the performance-related bonus system, the results of competence evaluations are used to feed the Training and Career Management systems.
